Abstract
The semi-empirical formulae for calculation of speed and torque characteristics of starter motor with excitation from permanent magnets are proposed. The approximate coefficient is easily determined on the basis of experimental data as the dependence of the rotation frequency and torque of the starter from the supply current is transformed to linear functions.

Abstract
The paper gives a brief overview of road construction equipment market in Russia. It analyzes two periods from 2005–2010 and 2012–2013. The standards schedule of front loaders supplies from leading foreign producers have been considered. The article also presents specifications of front loaders produced in Russia. From the analysis it was found that in the period under review in the Russian Federation almost all enterprises produce at least two types of wheel loaders.

In this article the problems of evaluation of different mass automobile deformation under direct collisions are considered in approximate model. These results are supposed to use in the course of theoretical mechanics. Elastic characteristics of automobiles are simulated with deformation of the certain rigidity springs. The inelastic collision interactions are characterized by means of recovery coefficient. The deformations are considered for the first and the second collision phases. Conclusion is made how many times lesser mass automobile deformation is more than bigger automobile deformation.

Realization of personal potential of engineering students is analyzed from the point of gender and axiological approaches. The study showed up some differences in the value systems and in the self-fulfillment strategies between male and female students, determined by gender identification patterns and gender social roles. However these differences are less significant than is was supposed. It is concluded that male and female engineering students have some specific self-fulfillment strategies caused by gender-based system of personal values.

The article describes methodology of evaluation of quality of educational process with the use of radar charts, the axes of which are key indicators of quality of educational activity. It is suggested to evaluate the quality of the educational process from the standpoint of the consumer by using a generalized characteristic representing the area of the radar chart, limited values the achieved level (student satisfaction) with respective weighting factors of each of the quality indicators.
