Thanks to the computing power of modern computers and the capabilities of the MATLAB software, in the process of mathematical modeling it is possible to obtain the values of the parameters of interest, including those calculated through integrals, with high accuracy. The results of the simulation provide an opportunity to assess the working process of adhesion: the reliability of wear resistance of the working surfaces of the clutch and its effect on performance. In article the question about influence of carriageway’s dimensions of bridge constructions on traffic safety is considered. The analysis of the road accidents on bridge constructions of the federal roads which are under authority of Federal management of the highways "Central Russia" is done. Also calculation of coefficient of the relative accident rate for bridges with a particular dimension in general for all network of roads of Federal management of the highways "Central Russia" is made. As a result, dependence of coefficient of the relative accident rate on a bridge dimension on two-band roads is removed.

The parameters included in the system for effectiveness estimation of the RBM fleet are characterized. The necessity of construction and installation works optimization with the use of RBM is shown.
