Abstract

Determination of the required strength of flexible pavements for more than six decades has been carried out using logarithmic functions based on the relationship between the required elastic modulus and the traffic intensity reduced to the calculated load: prospective or total for the service life. At the same time, since the mid-80s of the last century, MADI scientists have been conducting research, including the analysis of large-scale foreign experiments, which have shown that an alternative and in many cases more accurate way to determine the required elastic modulus depending on the total size of motion can be power functions. As the design experience has shown, the increase in turnaround times, as well as errors made during the processing of regulatory documents for the design and calculation of flexible pavements, led to the need to make changes to the currently used dependence to determine the required strength, namely to its more correct calculation by power functions. The need for these changes is especially relevant for roads with an extremely high total traffic size, when the logarithmic dependence goes beyond its boundary conditions, preventing the design of a structure corresponding to the integral movement.

Abstract

An asphalt-concrete mixture is predominantly used as the top surface of a motor road. The final operation of the road construction is the compaction of the asphalt concrete pavement. The durability of the structure as a whole depends on the quality of this operation. A set of road rollers is used to compact the asphalt concrete mixture. An important aspect of compaction that affects the efficiency of the process is the selection of the operating modes of the machines. The condition for effective compaction is the compliance of the design parameters of the road roller with the physical and mechanical characteristics of the asphalt concrete mixture. One of the most important characteristics of an asphalt mix is temperature, which affects the density and strength of the pavement. The paper establishes an analytical relationship between the power parameter of the roller and the temperature of the asphalt concrete, as well as the parameters of the environment. On the basis of this dependence, an algorithm has been developed for forming a set of rollers, as well as calculating their operating modes. The criterion for the effectiveness of the kit is the cost of rolling. The developed algorithm was implemented as a software package with a graphical interface.

Abstract

The article describes the question of the need to introduce electronic assistants in the car to reduce the number of accidents and, if an accident is inevitable, then to minimize damage as a result of an accident. Presented an analysis of factors affecting the safety of car operation. The main of which is the human factor. The causes of road traffic accidents are disclosed. Examples of the accidents took place when using the passive safety system and without it. The use of a passive information security system will reduce the likelihood of harming the health and life of participants in traffic at the occurrence of an accident, as well as reduce the value of the material damage to cars, which will largely reduce the cost of insurance companies and car owners.

Abstract

This article is devoted to the current situation of transnational corporations (TNCs) in developing countries and their impact on the world economy. The article presents: the full definition of TNCs, the history of the development of TNCs, their positive and negative sides. The authors focused on the conditions for the formation of TNCs in developing countries, usually associated with the problem of TNC interference in state affairs. In addition to this problem, it is necessary to take into account the lack of its well-developed technological base, the choice of territory for the location of TNCs. The article substantiates the idea that the creation of TNCs, sets as its main goal the export of minerals as raw materials, it becomes especially profitable for those TNCs that are located on the territory of other states. In addition to raw materials tasks, TNCs in the territory of developing countries, however, have a high potential for development, and in the near future can compete with highly developed states.

Abstract

The article explores some issues of educational mobility of future engineers. Educational mobility is considered here as an important component of social mobility in two directions: external and internal. The authors point to the specific aspects of educational mobility of future engineers, manifested both internationally (studying new technological trends, familiarization with the experience of leading countries, «brain drain») and at the domestic level (uneven training, the consequences of the outflow of young specialists from the regions).

Abstract

Health issues, healthy lifestyles and sports activities directly related to them were especially relevant due to the pandemic, quarantine restrictions on movement and the fight against its spread. This applies fully to people of mental labor of a nature with limited mobility, which also includes students-economists. The importance of considering these issues was proved by the analysis of the physical condition and physical fitness of students of the Faculty of Economics conducted according to proven methods in conditions of covert restrictions on movement. The results of the study showed a low level of functional and physical condition of students in a significant number of students of the 1st year of the Faculty of Economics of full-time studies, namely: increased pulse at rest in almost half of the subjects, poor pulse recovery after load in more than a third of students, low level of development of high-speed and high-speed endurance in more than half of students. According to the results of the study, students were recommended to regularly conduct cardio training in the form of calisthenics - an exercise system with its own weight on strength and flexibility, but with mandatory self-control and medical control during classes.

Abstract

The author asks the question, how to make sure that a person's knowledge does not remain a dead weight, but becomes a person's property, a part of his personality? And he answers that on the one hand, it is necessary to form a need, on the other-an interest. As soon as the subject understands what he needs, there is an interest in the subject of the need and a desire to realize it. There are real needs and imaginary ones. For example, a person would like to find a friend, but he replaces this need with an interest in buying a new car or other material goods. The author believes that people depend on outside influence in the formation of needs. Within a family, a student group, or a work collective, people influence each other. And this is a feature of communication and the formation of the worldview of each member of the team. Seeing around them examples of a certain worldview attitude to any issues and situations of life, study and work, people think about the general grounds that lead to such a position, that is, the worldview grounds. Thus, there is a need to search for worldview solutions, which, according to the author, should be formed specifically, especially in student audiences.

Abstract

The article is devoted to understanding a work of art or a historical event that is separated from us by the time horizon. As far as understanding is possible through the centuries, as the philosophical hermeneutics of H.-G. writes about it.Gadamera. Philosophical hermeneutics offers two analogies of understanding: the analogy of play and the analogy of conversation. In both cases, the understanding is guided not by the subjectivity of the author, but by the subject of the conversation or the rules of the game. This, according to Gadamer, makes such an understanding objective, since the object and subject being understood are included in the same cultural and historical tradition or current history. Paola Volkova, an art critic and researcher of the history of culture, also talks about the timelessness of a true work of art. A real work of art always requires interpretation, as it attracts the attention of researchers from different eras. Such an interpretation is included in the story as well as a work of art. Both researchers are close in their approach to understanding as a dialogue with a work of art or a historical event. The article raises the question of the truth of understanding. Is it possible that the interpreter understands especially correctly. H.-G.Gadamer believes that al interpretations are equal, since all interpretations included in the historical tradition are equal.

Abstract

The article deals with the phenomenon of dialogue in the context of philosophical analysis. Dialogue as a form of communicative interaction, carrying educational, cognitive, social, general cultural, epistemological functions, is present in the theoretical thought of the Ancient World. As a method, the purpose of which is to form a universal socio-cultural space of being, was formed in classical ancient philosophy. The philosophical dialogic method becomes fundamental in the genesis of the Christian model of world understanding, especially in the period of the formation of the creed, the so-called patristics, which became a kind of basis for the formation of Russian theoretical thought. Russian theoretical thought is initially defined by religious traditions that presuppose an existential, inner spiritual dialogue of the transcendental and material principles of being. Today, the concept of "existential dialogue" in the works of Russian thinkers is interpreted as a mutual interest of unique personal principles in the absence of boundaries of cultural phenomena in a particular socio-cultural space. The author gives different types of dialogue, for example, in folklore, in different cultures of antiquity. The author concludes that the entire history of Russian philosophy points to the internal dialogical spirit of theoretical thought, which is becoming more and more relevant in the 21st century in the context of problems.

Abstract

In the article, the author examines the role of elements of the psyche, such as sensation, perception, representation, concept, emotion, attraction and purpose in the cognitive process. The author believes that the use of the terms "forms of sensory cognition" in relation to sensation, perception and representation, and "form of rational cognition" ‒ to the concept is unjustified. The article substantiates the point of view that considers sensation, perception, representation and concept as elements of mental reflection. The author also considers emotion, attraction, and purpose as necessary elements of cognitive activity. The author proves his point of view through a logical analysis of the concept of "system", shows the logical forms of subordination of the part and the whole. And he concludes that mental reflection in its entirety includes the knowledge of reality, its assessment and direct control of human activity. The psyche evaluates what is felt, perceived, imagined, and understood. Emotional reflection is a positive or negative assessment of the known, determined by whether the known is accepted as contributing to or hindering the satisfaction of needs. Emotion is an assessment. It is a reaction to a sensation, a perception, a representation, a concept. These elements of the psyche are not contained in the emotion, but cause it.

Abstract

The article examines the most important institutions of the science of "Political Science": political power, political and state regimes, political democracy, oligarchy ,authoritarianism, imitation democracy and electoral democracy. The authors made an attempt to characterize the political processes in the post-Soviet countries (except for the Baltic States and the Russian Federation), to show the reasons. conservative modernization, the establishment of authoritarianism and ethnocratic, oligarchic regimes in a large part of the states. The experience of 30 years of independent political development in these countries has not led, unfortunately, to the establishment of democratic norms, institutions and culture of citizens, political pluralism and ideological diversity, which is associated with serious conflicts, open confrontation of political forces in these countries, the development of radicalism, nationalism, separatism and political instability in general. The authors have chosen the parliamentary and presidential elections as the most important frontiers of the transit of power and the legitimization of the new regime of political domination in the states under consideration.

Abstract

The beginning of the XXI century is a time of socio-anthropological and ecological tension and instability caused by the entry of humanity into the era of globalization, nooeconomics and nootechnologies, which generate significantly new requirements for the organization of the life of the megasocium and the development of a new development strategy aimed at overcoming civilizational rifts and challenges.

The nature of the social singularity is considered, taking into account the fact that demographic, economic, technological, cultural and other singularities can occur relatively independently. The tendencies of the development of technogenic civilization in the XXI century, the variety of development models of modern society, phase transitions, technological structures, the peculiarities of the impact on humans and modern society of new, transhumanist projects, accompanied by strategic instability, permanent crisis, moral decline and degradation are described. However, chaos has creative power and, under certain conditions, can give rise to a new order. Previous crises of global systems were resolved in the direction of progress, but the opposite direction to decline is quite possible. Society is not just an external observer of the ongoing co-evolutionary processes, but one of the most important factors of co-evolutionary development. In order for humanity as a whole to survive the twenty-first century and live in the following centuries, it needs to understand the inevitability of the impending singular catastrophe, to develop a new planetary consciousness that contributes to achieving relative balance.
