Abstract
When designing and verifying calculations of vehicles, it is often necessary to determine the position of the center of gravity. The longitudinal coordinate of the center of gravity has a significant impact on the ride and handling. The height of the center of gravity affects the longitudinal stability when driving downhill and lateral stability when driving curved or on a slope. Calculation of the redistribution of normal reactions on wheels during braking and determination of the coefficient of adhesion in real time requires taking into account both the longitudinal and vertical coordinates of the center of gravity. The exact determination of the center of gravity is carried out by tests on a stand to assess the static stability according to a standardized method. However, experimental determination of the center of gravity is often difficult, especially at the design stage or in the educational process. The purpose of this study was to develop a methodology for determining the center of gravity of a wheeled vehicle based on reference data and to verify its adequacy. The method proposed by the author is based on the hypothesis that the center of gravity of each mass element of the vehicle is located in its geometric center, which is determined by the dimensional or layout drawing superimposed on the coordinate grid. In this case, the gross and curb weight of the vehicle, as well as the masses of its units, are determined by reference. The adequacy of the proposed method is confirmed by comparing the calculated coordinates of the center of gravity with experimental values. The developed technique can be used in the educational process, in the design and verification calculations of vehicles, including special purpose vehicles, as well as in the algorithms of active safety systems and unmanned vehicles.

Abstract

This article discusses the issues of a possible direction for solving a serious problem of providing parking space in the central part of a metropolis on the example of Moscow. The problem under consideration is relevant not only for cities with a multi-million population, but also for cities with a million inhabitants or a little more, especially if the principles of the formation of the road network and the conditions for the location of urban buildings were formed, as a rule, 300-400 years ago.

This predetermined the problem under consideration, since in those distant times there were practically no issues with parking individual vehicles and the congestion of narrow roads was practically absent even under those conditions.

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the increase in emissions of carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide (CO and CO2) during a car idle in front of a traffic light. The results of a road test with measurements using a smartphone and a diagnostic scanner of vehicle speed and fuel consumption, and the results of calculating air consumption, the amount of combustion products and the intensity of CO and CO2 emissions. An ecological assessment of the degree of increase in the emission of the above substances is proposed by comparing the intensity of emissions during idle time in front of a traffic light and the average intensity of emissions while driving in the urban cycle, as well as by comparing the results obtained with the Euro-5 standards. The study shows that emissions of harmful substances in traffic light control zones are increasing and do not fit into the current standards, which proves the negative impact on the environment of significant idle time of cars in front of traffic lights.

Abstract
The territory of the Russian Federation is characterized by significant differences in the conditions of soil freezing. The design of both rigid and flexible road pavements is carried out in accordance with various regulatory documents, but their testing for resistance to frost heaving is unified. The existing approach to testing the pavement for frost resistance is a greatly reduced version of the calculation according to the previously valid regulatory documents. In addition, when calculating road pavements for areas with seasonal freezing of the structure of more than 2.0 m, incorrect results are obtained, which are expressed in a reduction in the required thickness of the pavement (frost protection layer) in comparison with cases with a shallow freezing depth. The article describes the differences in testing for frost resistance according to the previously existing and modern regulatory methodology for the design of road pavements, provides an analysis of the results obtained when calculating road pavements according to the modern regulatory method, and gives suggestions for eliminating the shortcomings when calculating according to the criterion of frost resistance to ensure more reliable and reliable design solutions.

Abstract
The article is devoted to the search for methods to reduce the asphalt concrete mixture segregation. During long transportation, thermal and fractional asphalt concrete separation occurs, which sharply reduces the pavement layers quality. The authors were faced with the task of various asphalt concrete additives evaluating and comparing effect on the bitumen BND 60/90 mixture component. Tests were carried out to assess energy-saving additives effect ("DAD-ta", "AZOL-1007", "AMDOR") on the bitumen characteristics, as well as on the physical and mechanical properties stone-mastic asphalt mixture samples. In order to increase operating bitumen temperature range the optimal "DAD-ta" additive was chosen. Further tests were carried out on cores taken from standard stone-mastic mixture layer and a mixture with an energy-saving additive taken from a test site. Has been experimentally proved using the proposed additive, it is possible to reduce paving temperature, prevent the temperature segregation negative consequences and, consequently, increase delivery distance without losing quality.

Abstract
The article is devoted to the search of predicting methods for reflected cracks appearance on rigid pavement asphalt pavement overlays. According to the decree of the Russian Federation Government, the turnaround time for flexible pavement was increased from 12 to 24 years, for rigid pavement the turnaround time remained the same. However, on some roads, including the P-22 (M6) "Caspian", there are cement concrete pavements covered with layers of asphalt pavement, the joint operation of these materials under traffic loads is fraught with a number of difficulties. Practice has shown that these types of pavements often require more frequent repairs, one of the main reasons for this is reflected cracks appearance. The authors were faced with the task of creating a technique with which it would be possible to predict the intensity of cracking. Long-term observations data analysis of the P-22 (M6) "Caspian" highway sections was carried out to assess the intensity of reflected cracks formation. Based on the analysis performed, preliminary mathematical models of quantitative fracturing are presented.

Abstract
To assess motor road operability, it is most effective to use a single criterion, determined on the heterogeneous indicators basis. For a long time it was the design speed coefficient. However, in the recently introduced highways diagnosis standards «ODM 218.4.039-2018», this assessing the transport-operation condition method is not provided. According to the authors opinion, revision of this document is required. The article states that design speed coefficient new determination principle according to the international roughness index IRI will allow updating the canceled document ODN 218.0.006-2002 and with high efficiency evaluate complexly the roads condition. The authors carried out full-scale studies road longitudinal roughness measured by a profiler installation and its influence on passenger car speed. A model for determining the partial design speed coefficient by the indicator of longitudinal roughness, assessed by the international roughness index IRI is proposed.

Abstract

Defects observed in the technological processes of the production of polymer parts are quite common. These are cracks, delamination, pores. Among these defects, the most dangerous are defects with a low degree of polymer cure. They affect the physical and mechanical characteristics of the polymer, reduce thermal conductivity, material resistance to aggressive media, the presence of defects of this kind leads to a change in the nature of the destruction of the material under static and dynamic fatigue loading.

A new method for assessing the quality of polymeric materials and determining the presence of defects using infrared thermography was proposed at the PRADM department of the FDTM faculty. The students got acquainted with the non-contact method of non-destructive testing of polymer samples placed in a magnetic field using a thermal imager. The work of a thermal imager is based on obtaining a thermal image in the infrared region of the spectrum.

Another topical topic of scientific research of the students of the department is the consideration of the phenomena of cavitation in hydraulic systems during the operation of hydraulic systems of a car. Cavitation leads to a drop in the dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic drive, reducing the performance and accuracy of the vehicle's hydraulic system. The autors studied the factors affecting the intensity of cavitation, the dynamics of the appearance of cavitation zones, methods of combating cavitation.

Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem of audit of intellectual property objects (IPOs) and the search for solutions to these problems. The article analyzes the current situation in the IPO audit market, defines IPOs, and explains why IPOs cannot be fully identified with intangible assets. The main problem when conducting an audit of the IPO, according to the audit of the IPO, according to the auditors, is the absence of the moment of registration of such an object in the organization. The authors pay attention to this. In their opinion, the audit of the IPO should begin with finding out the fact of registration and putting such an object on the balance sheet in the organization. According to PBU 14/2007 "Accounting for intangible assets", OIS should, however, be considered as intangible assets. The article presents the conditions for the inclusion of intellectual property in intangible assets. The authors distinguish the growing demand for OIS audit services. The article describes the stages of conducting such an audit. it is divided into General, event-based and target-based audits. According to the authors, the problem of OIS audit is also the lack of a sufficient number of qualified personnel of this profile. This problem is still poorly understood and requires further study.
