Conducted research and compiled research complex, which is based on a method for continuously measuring the total linear wear of the samples on the machine friction and developed the device, which is based on this technology. Abstract
The article describes the calculation of deflections fibercrete pavement of the airfield from the wheels of main landing gear of a Boeing 747-400. We study the solutions of the basic model of rigid airfield pavement in the form of an infinite plate on an elastic foundation and the analysis of the obtained results for different views of the moving load of the wheel. As an example, the considered movement model fibercrete pavement the loads from the wheels of the aircraft in the form of concentrated force and distributed on a rectangular imprint.

The article discusses the Genesis of the concept "car", which is now transformed into the notion of designating the vehicle. The nature of the car and the reflection of this nature as a concept is detected in the culture of the Ancient world in the process of mythological knowledge. The cosmic order of the world, expressed in the movements of celestial bodies were perceived and shaped by man as the conceptual understandings of the movement projected on the device's earthly life. In the philosophical theories of the Ancient world attempts logical definition of the concepts of motion and self motion. In the Renaissance formed the humanist paradigm considers man as a Creator expressing concepts of motion and self-movement in technical self-propelled vehicles. In novouredeni the culture of individual creativity and self-movement as the development of individual abilities was objectiveanalysis in self-propelled vehicles, and then shifts to a utilitarian interpretation of the study results in the liberation of man from physical labor. Today, the dualism of natural and artificial in the form of the principle of self-movement is expressed clearly in the car as the subject, giving full opportunity for the manifestation of creative activity.

Abstract
In this article considered questions that were concerned about education quality increasing by internet-testing method. This method was applied by cathedra of physics in MADI University. It was realized the monitoring of knowledges of 12 students groups. Course of physics has been taught for this groups earlier, and their knowledges had been attested. To trace a precision of education results measures was utilized the comparative analysis of Unified State Examination and testing in the beginning of education, likewise the analysis of results, that were shown by students groups, described above, across the education period.

The article demonstrates the inadequacy of those logical conclusions from which it would seem that the initial phases of the electric and magnetic components in the electromagnetic wave are equal, as is shown in most textbooks on this topic. As an alternative, several other inconsistent proofs of the equality of the initial phases are given. The article can be useful not only to teachers of higher educational institutions, but also secondary technical schools – technical schools, colleges, schools, as well as for students with different levels of mathematical training.

Abstract
The article deals with the definition of the phenomenon of resonance. It is shown that the classical definition of resonance does not reflect all the subtleties of this phenomenon. On examples of mechanical and electromagnetic oscillations it is shown that at resonance there is a decrease in energy losses. As a consequence, a new definition of resonance is proposed – reflecting the essence of the internal processes occurring at a given phenomenon.

Abstract
The question about values of friction forces affecting the driving and driven automobile wheels is considered in this article. These forces are usually named forces of road grip. Different movement regimes are considered corresponding as maximum friction values when there is slipping wheels and also minimal friction values. The calculation expressions are derived to define and compare these values. Also wheel rolling of a car is in consideration. Road grip forces estimations are done to show how many times load carrying with the help of a car is easier than to drag this load.

The article deals with the experience of using the information system "IS MADI: Physics", developed at the Physics Department of MADI. It is shown that both the resource library and the training module of the system are actively used by students in studying the physics course. Examples of the formation of training programs for student with different academic plans are given. Perspectives for further use of the information system in the educational process are outlined.

The organization of a laboratory workshop by the MADI Department of Physics is considered. The educational goals and expected results of the work of students in the laboratory are given. Based on the results of the sociological survey, the attitude of students towards their self-work is shown, including their self-work in the laboratory. It is confirmed that independent and conscious work in the laboratory strengthens the motivation to learn physics and motivation to achieve success. It is noted that the work in the laboratory makes it possible to strengthen the practical component and the professional orientation of the training at the Technical University.
