ABOUT THE METHODOLOGY OF THE QUALITY OF STUDENTS MILITARY TRAINING IN THE PERIODS OF THE CREATION AND FORMATION OF THE RUSSIAN MINISTRY OF DEFENCE HIGH SCHOOL

Abstract

In the article, based on the conducted studies, it is pointed out that in the context of the adoption of weapons and equipment based on digital technologies and achievements in their combat application, the problem of the quality of military training for students is being updated. The servicemen of the reserve must be ready for reproductive and creative activity during the entire period of their existence as part of the mobilization reserve and the mobilization human resource. With the use of the method of spiral-cyclical periodization, intellectual and spiritual discontinuities in the military preparation of students, which appeared when the socio-historical conditions changed, were first identified.

It is pointed out that there is no complete system of values for students – reserve officers. The problem of the methodology of the quality of military training of students is considered in the process of research of the Soviet fading cycle and the Russian growing cycle of military training in the periods of the birth and formation of the national military school, based on the criteria "intellect-spirituality", "personality-education-status-income" as a transition from the doctrine of method to the doctrine of the organization of activity. It is revealed that the novelty of solutions in the growing cycle of military training is associated with the application of the principles of the identity of the individual and the state, the contract draft system of manning the reserve military. The tendencies favorably influencing the formation of a new methodology for the quality of military training of students are revealed: cohesion, stability in the social factor, moral and labor qualities, value orientations of the individual. They are embodied in the readiness to defend the Motherland. It is established that the military departments have the best intellectual conditions for the selection of students than the military training centers and military educational institutions, since the acquisition of the variable correlates with the quality of the selection of students for universities. During the formation of the national military school of the Ministry of Defense of Russia, the quality of military training of students is regulated by the quality of the educational process of the university, which allows students to be selected for military departments with a higher level of continuity of knowledge and the spiritual and moral state of the individual.
