INSTRUMENTS OF DEVELOPMENT OF PERSONNEL IN THE COMPANY: DOMESTIC AND FOREIGN EXPERIENCE
Abstract
Article is devoted to a research of domestic and foreign tools of development of personnel in the company. The author has designated relevance and the practical importance of the considered subject. The terms framework is studied and author's definition of the concept "development of personnel" is offered. Instruments of development of personnel in the domestic companies are considered traditional the tools applied in foreign corporations are studied. The conclusion is drawn that ensuring high effectiveness of system of development of personnel and efficiency of the chosen tools requires creation of the favorable environment, strengthening of corporate culture and motivation of employees.
