VOLUNTARY ACTIVITY OF STUDENTS AS A MEANS OF SELF-KNOWLEDGE AND PROFESSIONAL SELF-DETERMINATION

Abstract

The paper concerns the systemic impact of the voluntary activity of students, conducted in the context of their future professional activity. We focus on the development of the process of self-knowledge, professional self-determination and the formation of competences, necessary for the future university graduates of the educational program "Personnel management".
