UNIVERSAL COMPETENCES OF GRADUATE STUDENTS: OFFORMATION AND ESTIMATION PROBLEMS
Abstract
The technique of estimation of universal competences of graduate students is considered. It is noted that the level of their achievement substantially depends on personal characteristics of the graduate student, his human abilities. For this reason it is offered to hold psychological testing of the graduate student during training. The example the parcial competences entering into structure of one universal competence is given. Continuous monitoring of behavior of graduate students is offered during educational process in the conditions of the special training environment.
