Abstract

In [1,2], an algorithm for the analytical calculation of the kinematic characteristics of a motor vehicle has been described with oblique collision with side cable barrier. Analytical construction of the trajectories allows both verification of the developed model of the FEM of cable fencing and can be used to study the movement of an automobile vehicle directly during the construction of the FEM. The results of the analytical calculation have been confirmed in [1,2] by the data of mathematical modeling of collisions according to field tests [3]. FEM modeling was performed using the LS-Dyna multipurpose finite element complex.

In the article it has been explored how much impact must be taken into account when a motor vehicle comes in contact with racks of cable barrier, and how much impact accounting affects the results of an analytical calculation

Abstract
Every day there are more and more lovers of active driving on public roads, and the laws prohibiting such a ride are also biased and blurred, so this issue is relevant today. This article discusses the 2016 SDA Law on Dangerous Driving, what it implies and what weaknesses are inherent in it. It has also been proven that at the moment there is no objective method of fixing dangerous driving. To solve this problem, a methodology for real tests on a car using measuring equipment based on a smartphone was developed. After the tests, a large amount of data was processed. After analyzing them, the boundaries of dangerous driving were identified in a mathematical and graphical way, on the basis of which it would be possible to develop a mobile application capable of real-time monitoring of the nature of the car’s movement and, if the limits of safe driving were exceeded, automatically write a fine to the driver of the vehicle.

Abstract
Projects for the construction of pavements provide the required characteristics of the properties of road building materials that are used in the design and must be observed during construction work. In addition, the adopted characteristics of the properties of road-building materials ensure compliance of design solutions with the requirements of regulatory documents. One of the main characteristics of sand is the filtration coefficient used in calculating pavements for drainage ability. The sand filtration coefficient is determined by the method described in the state standard. An important production problem is formulated about the possibility of reducing the sand filtration coefficient after the mechanical impact of construction equipment on them, which can lead to a violation of the drainage ability of pavements. A study of the properties of sand at the construction sites of the Moscow road network was organized. The results of studies of changes in the sand filtration coefficient after sampling structural layers from them in comparison with the filtration coefficient before the start of technological operations for the distribution and compaction of sand are summarized.

Abstract

On the instructions of the State Committee for Transport and Road Facilities of the Republic of Bashkortostan, MADI specialists began the development of an organization standard for standard designs of flexible pavements for regional and intermunicipal roads. The length of the roads of the regional or inter-municipal Republic of Bashkortostan is 13665.1 km or 28.28% of all public roads located on its territory.

When developing projects for the construction and reconstruction of roads in the Republic of Bashkortostan, they rely largely on internal territorial regulatory documents. In the design task, the Customer has the right to indicate the list of those regulatory documents in accordance with which the design of the road should be performed, including the pavements. Territorial building codes on climatology are applied in practice, containing significantly more detailed information about climatic factors than is described in other regulatory documents. MADI specialists performed road-climatic zoning of the Republic of Bashkortostan for calculating pavements for frost resistance

Abstract

This article discusses models of tunnel washers and their brief description:

Tunnel washing machine MT-30,

Tunnel washing machine YDTC0820,

Equipment OPC-20.10 on the chassis "Belarus" Sh-406,

The hinged washing equipment BLT45,

The tunnel washer Johnston VT800 based on the Volvo FE320,

Tunnel washing machine Colas Switzerland.

Each of the presented machines has its advantages and disadvantages when cleaning road structures, including structures that are structural elements of the road: artificial structures (bridges, viaducts, viaducts, pipes, tunnels, etc.), protective structures (snow-covered forest stands , devices for protecting roads from avalanches, landslides, etc.), elements of the road economy (stops and pavilions for passengers, recreation areas, etc.). The analysis is carried out according to five different criteria: brush height, brush length, brush diameter, working water pressure, maximum power.

The goal is to identify the most effective model designed to work in megacities.

The article discusses the risks of technical service enterprises that may arise in the course of its activitie,. issues of technical operation of lifting and transport, construction, road facilities and equipment. A brief analysis of the main production risks arising during the operation of the technical service enterprise in modern conditions is presented. Special attention is paid to the optimal number of employees at the service enterprise. In this regard, the analysis of the need for services of enterprises. And also illustrated the developed model for management and determining the necessary composition of the mobile teams in the enterprise. The problem of optimization of the number of visiting teams for maintenance, diagnostics and maintenance at the technical service enterprise is considered. The calculations are performed using the Monte Carlo statistical modeling method.

Abstract
Wheel lock prevention is important to maintain directional stability during emergency braking. Operational experience shows that the lag of the trailer braking mechanisms in relation to the tractor is regular in nature, resulting in the folding of the road train, especially on a heterogeneous surface. One of the most important properties of modern systems to ensure the required braking efficiency while maintaining the motion stability of articulated vehicle is to estimate the time before locking the wheels. The author notes that the direction of longitudinal reaction in the coupling can be determined by the ratio of slowdown of the tractor and the trailer link, but not its value, since the inertia force is not taken into account. The longitudinal reaction in the coupling device can have a significant effect on the redistribution of gravity. The author has developed a technique for calculating the time before blocking the wheels of a articulated vehicle with a pneumatic brake system, taking into account the longitudinal reaction in the coupling device, as well as the longitudinal displacement of the saddle support device. The problem is solved only by applying the iterative method and the diagram of pressure functions known in pneumatic automation. Studies have shown that accounting for the longitudinal reaction in the fifth wheel has a greater effect on the effect of redistribution of gravity than in the hitch. To eliminate the asynchronous locking of the wheels, the author proposes to use an electro-pneumatic or electro-pneumatic-hydraulic drive. The developed technique can be used to create active safety systems.

Abstract
The article analyzes the main problems of urban transport that passengers face, and the prospects for its development in order to achieve high transport efficiency. Studies of the reality of transport in the city of Latakia and its environs show that this city suffers from transport problems, like other cities, due to poor management and organization, as well as due to the limited number of available vehicles and its inability to meet demand, lack of compatibility between supply and demand, to the extent that mobility brings great suffering to most citizens. In order to get the optimal transport network in the study area between Jable and Latakia, all types of transportation between Jable and the city of Latakia will be analyzed, and the main indicators determining population movement will be analyzed in order to develop an integrated passenger transportation model. Where will the effectiveness of bus transport in the areas be revealed, as well as the effectiveness of commuter rail transport. And the degree of integration between them to achieve high efficiency and the formation of a rational track system for the transport of passengers in the suburbs. Therefore, it was necessary to conduct this study to assess the effectiveness of public transport and work to improve transport between the city of Latakia and its regions and organize efficient transport services for residents of the suburbs
