CRITERIA, INDICATORS AND FACTORS OF ECONOMIC THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE USE OF CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT

Abstract

The article is devoted to the system of factors and criteria indicators necessary to assess the economic efficiency of the use of construction machines and the solution of relevant optimization problems.

The article, in particular, analyzes the possible criteria for the efficiency of construction equipment (net present value, profitability, unit costs, discounted costs), indicates the scope of their application, reveals the factors (technical, organizational, climatic, economic) that affect the productivity and cost of use of machines, as well as the overall efficiency of the equipment. Provides an overview of the individual works performed in recent years and affecting certain aspects of the performance of construction machinery. The importance of professional standards of the profession "Machinist" (by types of construction machines) is pointed out. Emphasized the need for a differentiated consideration of the terms of the lease agreements and leasing.

At the end of the article it is concluded that it is necessary to conduct a quantitative analysis of the influence of certain factors on the values of criteria indicators.
