VALUABLE ORIENTATIONS – FACTORS OF THE FORMATION OF THE RUSSIAN MILITARY TRAINING OF STUDENTS

Abstract

The article examines the state of value orientations of students studying at the military department. It has been revealed that the Soviet, professional, bourgeois-individualistic, noble personality types form the basic value orientations of future reserve officers. The presence of value orientations of the bourgeois individualistic type of personality confirms the existence of the social type of personality of the reserve officer. Given the dominance of value orientations of the Soviet type of personality, the basic social ideal of reserve officers is social justice, freedom, and equality. The social proximity of officers to the rank-and-file sergeant, sergeant-major, ensigns and midshipmen, conditioned by common values, is a condition for the unity of the military units of the army and navy. During the formation of the Russian military training of students under the influence of a growing cycle of Russian military training and the dying cycle of Soviet military training, it is possible to design an integral Russian type of personality under the influence of values of the Soviet type of personality.
