APPLICATION OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT IN THE PROCESS OF IMPROVING THE WAGE SYSTEM IN A ROAD TRANSPORT ORGANIZATION
Abstract
The article discusses the project approach to restructuring a road transport organization. The purpose of application of project management is increase in efficiency of work of the organization with achievement of the best economic indicators of its activities. In article basic management tools by projects and possible results of application of this approach are described.
