FORMING OF TEACHERS’ COMPETITIVENESS IN TECHNICAL UNIVERSITIES ON THE BASE OF INTEGRATIVE APPROACH

Abstract

The modern teacher of technical college shall possess up-to-date information in the professional area, including foreign sources and to be capable to active international cooperation. Learning of foreign language during preparation, retraining and advanced training of research and educational personnel in technical college can be effectively performed on the basis of integrative approach. At the same time both professional and cross-cultural context is considered.
