PRELIMINARY ASSESSMENT OF PERFORMANCE OF ROLLER CRUSHER WITH A CONVEX-CONCAVE SHAPE OF THE ROLL

Abstract

The article presents the research results of grinding processes of lump materials in a new roll crusher with a convex-concave rolls profile. The changes of the standard roller crusher design are presented, which give benefits such as bigger size of the captured piece of material, increasing the grinding degree, reducing the ratio of the roll diameter to the size of the captured piece of material.
