FEATURES OF RETRAINING AND ADVANCED TRAINING OF TEACHERS AT NATIONAL RESEARCH UNIVERSITY

Abstract

Conceptual ideas on which retraining and advanced retraining of teachers in the new conditions of introduction in Russia of Institute of the leading universities are provided in article. It is shown that the rational for methodology of development of competence of teachers in the course of advanced training, development of model, technique, designing of technologies of development of their competence are sharply demanded by the higher school theory and practice. It is emphasized that, along with the high level of subject and branch competence of teachers, their readiness for realization of educational, pedagogic and methodical functions in the conditions of transition of Russian education to the all-European quality standards is supposed.
