THE ANALYSIS OF EFFICIENCY OF USE OF THE PERSONNEL ON THE BASIS OF SYSTEM OF THE BALANCED INDICATORS
Abstract
In article the main directions of increase of efficiency of use of the personnel of the organization are considered. On the example of the concrete enterprise a number of actions for improvement of indicators on work and a salary on the basis of system of the balanced indicators is offered and the assessment of their efficiency is given.
