На примере конкретного предприятия предложен ряд мероприятий по улучшению показателей по труду и заработной плате на основе системы сбалансированных показателей и дана оценка их эффективности.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In article the main directions of increase of efficiency of use of the personnel of the organization are considered.
