SAFETY PROBLEMS FOR L1 AND L3 CATEGORIZATION VEHICLES
Abstract
This article deals with the problems of dazzling oncoming drivers when turning a motorcycle vehicle due to the tilt of the headlight. The requirements for exterior lights were considered and the problems in this area in motorcycles were analyzed. The analysis of the study of the problem showed that nowadays there are not enough regulations for the safety of vehicles of categories L1 and L3. A promising way to improve the safety of the motorcycle in a turn was proposed. Options were proposed to improve road safety by improving the design of the motorcycle and changing the regulations. As a result of comparing the options for solving the problem, the most promising way to improve the safety of exterior lights on motorcycle vehicles of categories L1 and L3 was selected.
