PROJECT TEAM FORMATION
Abstract
The project team is a necessary element in the creation of a project, when forming a team, it is necessary to take into account all aspects in which participants will interact with each other, what barriers and conflicts may arise and how they can be resolved. This article discusses team planning, project roles, team structure and building, barriers to effective team development and conflict resolution methods. As well as the differences of the project teams in the PMBoK, PRINCE2 and ICB IPMA PMI standards.
