INCREASE OF WEARING CAPACITY OF TRIBOUNIT SURFACES BY USING THE PHYSICAL AND CHEMICAL METHOD

Abstract

The article describes the analysis of factors which restrict there liability of machines exploited by usage of staff lubricants. It also shows the possibility of forming a monomolecular layer of surface-active materials at the expense of chemisorption force as well as the layer’s influence on the physicochemical processes on the edge of phase separation. There are also the technologies of monomolecular protective film acquisition as well as of surface quality control presented in the article. The perspectives of using the mentioned technology during production and exploitation of machines are given.
