The main factors affecting the decline of the working condition of the car. The diagram Ishikawa taking into account the classification of these factors for the main group. In article the analysis of a cost dynamics on construction of 1 km is carried out roadbed strips in various countries, and also loudspeakers of the budget on road construction for 2010–2016. Comparison of values is made changes of budgetary funds and construction cost of 1 km of a strip of road cloths. The reasons of uneven costs for road construction in the different countries are established. Calculation of an average deviation of a tax on emission of CO₂ is made.

In article economic problems of updating of mobile terminal system of service of the population and passengers in transport knots are stated. The schematic diagram of increase of reliability of service system on transport is offered.
