OPTIMIZATION OF EMOTIONAL AND PSYCHO STATE OF STUDENTS AS PART OF THE SKILLS OF PEDAGOGICAL TECHNIQUE

Abstract

The article focuses on possibility and necessity of creating favorable conditions for the learning activities, among which is ensuring psychological and emotional well-being of students. In the creation of these conditions, the decisive role belongs to the teacher, his skill and creative search, the techniques and methods of educational technology for the psychoregulation of higher education. The characteristic features of methods that affect emotional state of students and enhance their reserve capabilities and performance are described. It is proposed to introduce a pause of relaxation in the classroom with the use of audiovisual method and auto-training. The article justifies the need for further research aimed to determine the optimal mode for the pause of relaxation, its content and duration, in the educational process of the higher school.
