The Scientific Activity of the Teacher as a Tool of Professional Competency Upgrade

Abstract

In this article there are examples of innovation in MADI aimed at improving teachers' vocational competency, which actually means improving the quality of education. The directions of scientific work of teachers are considered. The Laboratory of the Engineering Pedagogy Researches and the Center of Engineering Pedagogy are the generators and executors of the innovative transformations in MADI.
