MILITARY TRAINING OF STUDENTS IN THE PRE-WAR PERIOD OF DEVELOPMENT OF THE COUNTRY

Abstract

The article investigates the creation and the route of the evolutionary development of the system of military training of students of higher educational institutions of the USSR in the pre-war period. The cause-and-effect relations of development and implementation of the system approach to the organization of military training with the conditions of functioning of the personnel-territorial structure of the red army are generalized. The essence and objectives of the militarization of educational institutions Of the people's Commissariat of education, which were the organizational and legal basis for the creation of the system of military training of students, the trajectory of its evolutionary development, including the consistent passage in the processes of its formation of the stages of compulsory training in the military art of citizens of the RSFSR (1918), pre-conscription training of the male population (1925–1926 and 1939–1941), higher pre-conscription training of students in higher educational institutions and technical schools (1926–1930), higher non-military training (1930–1939), universal compulsory training in military Affairs of citizens of the USSR (1941–1944) with the final organizational – legal registration, design and deployment in April 1944 in the field of higher education of the whole set of system components of a single integral and rational state military-pedagogical system of military training of students, designed to train disciplined, physically strong and hardy, mastered the military Affairs of officers and sergeants of the red Army reserve, education of students in the spirit of selfless love and devotion to their Homeland.
