Quality of operating modern stability systems on a cars, equipped with spiked tires for use in winter condition
Abstract
This paper describe some aspects of the functioning problems of the modern active safety systems of passenger vehicles, equipped with winter studded tires. Also it goes on to talk about the effect of these studded tires on the road surfaces in light of the introduction of the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union (TR CU 018/2011). It substantiates the necessity in carrying out a more detailed research in this area and also presents a prototype mobile laboratory for these objectives.
