A SYSTEMATIC APPROACH TO IMPROVING THE QUALITY MILITARY TRAINING OF STUDENTS

Abstract

The article substantiates the defining role and importance of the course of General military disciplines in the system of military training of students, which is the main tool in the formation of their high professional and moral qualities of the soldier, highly demanded not only in the military, but also in all other spheres of activity of the individual, society and the state. The results of the conducted researches (experiments) and experience of military service of reserve officers – graduates of military departments during their conscription into military service in 2000–2010 are summarized. G., confirmed the ineffectiveness of the existing in the system of military training of students of long-term practice of traditional passing the course of military disciplines, actualizing the problem of its comprehensive qualitative improvement. To solve this problem developed and proposed a systematic approach to improving the efficiency and quality of military training of students, providing for holistic and interrelated development and improvement of the main components of such training: legal, substantive, organizational, methodological, scientific, technological, control, motivational, educational, personnel, economic. Priorities in development and improvement of each component are defined, innovative forms of complex training of students of military departments are offered – integrated tactical-special training tasks (CTAS) and complex group exercises that enhance the efficiency and quality of passing their course General-military training disciplines and formation on this basis the relevant requirements of the modern demands a deep knowledge, confidence and practical skills in the performance of the entire spectrum of responsibilities for official purpose in the real conditions of daily and combat activities. In conclusions it is specified that the offered approach defines the General strategy of development and improvement of system of military training of students. Its implementation will objectively contribute to the solution of the problem, opens wide opportunities for scientific research in this area, together defining at the same time and a common strategy to improve the quality parameters of the functioning of the entire system in the interests of national security of the Russian Federation in the face of growing dangers and threats to the modern world.
