IRRATIONAL USE OF MATERIAL BENEFITS AT REPAIR OF HIGHWAYS
Abstract
In article the reasons are considered, in particular the analysis of extent of highways, financings of construction and input is provided to operation in the Russian Federation. Dynamics of the general costs of road construction for 2011–2015 is given. Use of money on construction of highways in the different countries is analysed. Measures and cures of problems for repair and construction of the Russian highways are proposed.
