ANALYSIS OF METHODS AND MATERIALS USED IN ANTI-ICING PROCESSING ASPHALT CONCRETE ROAD PAVEMENT
Abstract
The article provides an overview of the history of use of anti-icing materials in Russia to provide trouble-free and safe operation of road facilities. There is an analysis of ways to fight winter slipperiness on roads and applied anti-icing materials, their impact on the environment and the road surface. The change of towing-coupling properties of vehicles with treated anti-icing materials surface coatings of highways is considered.
