UNIVERSITIES ROLE IN THE TECHNOLOGICAL UPGRADE OF THE RUSSIAN ECONOMY
Abstract
Presented analytical review of the processes of technological renovation of the Russian economy and some of national programs and any activities which demand the advancing vocational training of engineers, bachelors, masters and PhD. Offered the way how to associate import substitution and re-engineering problem with patent work in universities. Proposed to update the educational programs for advanced vocational education of university professors and postgraduate students by taking into account the concepts of the National Technological Initiative.
