METHODICAL AND ORGANIZATIONAL AND PEDAGOGICAL ASPECTS OF ADDITIONAL PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION OF SPECIALISTS OF BRANCH
Abstract
In article aspects of professional development of engineering shots are considered. Problems of design and realization of additional educational programs of preparation of engineering shots reveal. Conditions of creation of system of scientific and methodical maintenance of professional and personal training of the listener of system of additional professional education on the basis of achievements of engineering pedagogics are shown.
