This article is devoted to one of actual problem of education – on-learning education and modern methods of education. The modern education is sum of traditional and non-traditional methods. Non-traditional, on-learning methods of education as very actual for additional education, for search succesfuldesicion industrial problems and tasks, for students in different parts of state.
