EXPERIENCE IN DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF THE WORK PROGRAMS OF EDUCATIONAL DISCIPLINES BACHELOR AND MASTER
Abstract
Based on the fact that "the project - an inspired leap from this fact to the possibilities of the future" [1], the basic educational program (PLO) preparation of the future bachelors and masters considered by the authors as the program targeted implementation of related projects. In line with international trends in the development of higher education PLO VPO guide scientific and pedagogical staff in the implementation of competence approach ideas on the development of student's personality, providing student-oriented focus of the educational process. Competence orientation OOP requires ensuring competency and thesaurus relationships work programs of academic disciplines, as well as programs of training and work practices. These issues, as well as aspects of the dynamics of the OOP and, within their structure the work programs of academic disciplines, and to improve the qualifications of teachers are analyzed in this article.
