PROBLEMS AND SEQUENCE OF INTRODUCTION AT THE ENTERPRISES OF THE MOTOR TRANSPORT OF MODERN CONCEPTS OF MANAGEMENT
Abstract
The ability of road transport enterprises to quickly and adequately respond to changes in the business environment, thereby improving financial performance is impossible without the use of modern management concepts. The article presents the content of the concepts of lean manufacturing (LEAN), Quick Response Manufacturing (QRM), agile manufacturing, considered the possibility of their implementation in enterprises of road transport.
