TO THE QUESTION OF USE OF BUDGETARY FUNDS IN CASE OF CONSTRUCTION OF ROADS (on the example of the European countries and the USA)
Abstract
In article the analysis of a cost dynamics on construction of 1 km is carried out roadbed strips in various countries, and also loudspeakers of the budget on road construction for 2010–2016. Comparison of values is made changes of budgetary funds and construction cost of 1 km of a strip of road cloths. The reasons of uneven costs for road construction in the different countries are established. Calculation of an average deviation of a tax on emission of CO2 is made.
