ASSESSMENT OF THE ECONOMIC EFFECT CAUSED BY REDUCTION OF TIME OF MOVEMENT DURING THE OPERATION OF THE CYCLE TRANSPORT NETWORK OF THE CITY OF MOSCOW

Abstract

In the article there is considered communication between the planned development of bicycle infrastructure in Moscow and decrease in time spent by its users for transport movements that leads to the defined economic effect which size is estimated on the basis of the available design and statistical data.
