THE PREDICTIVE APPROACH TO THE SYSTEM OF DEVELOPMENT OF TRANING OF BACHALORS AT THE BRANCH OF TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY IN THE CHUVASH REPUBLIC

Abstract

The reality of today's socio-political development of the Russian society is its regionalization as a factor of civilized federalism qualitative renewal of a federal structure of our state. Recently the development, modernization and reforming of education systems in the subjects (autonomous res-public) of the Russian Federation is characterized, on the one hand, the increased responsibility of the regions for the quality of education, and, on the other, – the need to integrate into the global educationtional space. Regional education system of different republics of the Russian Federation, having certain common invariantal characteristics are always depends on geographic, economic, socio-cultural, national and ethnic specification. Under these circumstances, the actual formation of a regional labor markets, and more important, our problem of education – providing social protection for young people in this labor market by bringing regional specificity in contents and organizational forms of training.
