Abstract
Currently, the economy is undergoing a stage of innovative development, a characteristic feature of which is the special role of human capital in the strategic development of organizations. In the current competitive environment, organizations should make attracting, developing and retaining talent one of their main goals. Working with the company's talents should become the main task of every company manager. The implementation of the talent management process in the activities of organizations will contribute to their development and lead to the achievement of their goals.
