Принимая во внимание, что классификация автомобильных дорог и оценка функциональных транспортно-эксплуатационных и потребительных позволят прогнозировать состояние дороги на будущее и их срок службы, а также какие технологии ремонта дорожных одежд можно проводить и также количество денег, которые нужно выделять на ремонт в сложных условиях республики Ирак.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This article presents the opportunity to assess the situations of the roads in Republic of Iraq, (inclouding the high traffice voulme roads, such us, the roads of Baghdad), and to choose appropriate road maintenance technologies based on the parameters of transport and operational characteristics, for example, road safety, environmental conditions. </p><p>Taking in to the consideration that the classification of highways and the assessment of functional transport-operational and consumer roads will allow predicting the condition of the road for the future and their service life, as well as what technologies for repairing road pavements can be carried out and also the amount of money that needs to be allocated for repairs in the complicated conditions of Iraq.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>дорога</kwd><kwd>климатические условия</kwd><kwd>срок службы</kwd><kwd>дефекты и деформации</kwd><kwd>ДТП</kwd><kwd>холодная смесь</kwd><kwd>регенерации</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>road</kwd><kwd>climatic conditions</kwd><kwd>service life</kwd><kwd>defects and deformations</kwd><kwd>road accident</kwd><kwd>cold mixture</kwd><kwd>regeneration</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Факультет международного бизнеса.
