Москва. Рассматриваемая проблема является актуальной не только для городов с многомиллионным населением, но и для городов имеющих миллион жителей или несколько больше, в особенности, если принципы формирования дорожной сети и условий расположения городских строений формировались, как правило, 300-400 лет назад. Это и предопределило рассматриваемую проблему, так как в те далекие времена вопросов с парковкой индивидуального транспорта практически не возникало и загруженность узких дорог даже при тех условиях практически отсутствовала.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This article discusses the issues of a possible direction for solving a serious problem of providing parking space in the central part of a metropolis on the example of Moscow.
