This article discusses the 2016 SDA Law on Dangerous Driving, what it implies and what weaknesses are inherent in it. It has also been proven that at the moment there is no objective method of fixing dangerous driving. To solve this problem, a methodology for real tests on a car using measuring equipment based on a smartphone was developed. After the tests, a large amount of data was processed.
