В период становления высшей военной школы Минобороны России главной задачей военных учебных центров является рост качества военной подготовки студентов. Решение требует переключения с методологии как учения о методе на методологию как учение об организации деятельности, на разработку и внедрение методик комплексной подготовки офицеров, сержантов, рядовых запаса с использованием комплексных тактико-специальных учебных задач. В период становления растёт влияние фактора личности, что требует переходить от педагогоцентрированного к студентоцентрированному подходу. С использованием психодиагностики и корреляционного анализа исследовано влияние фактора социальных взаимосвязей студентов, обучающихся в военном учебном центре при МАДИ по программам офицеров и сержантов запаса. Достоверность и обоснованность результатов проверена с применением корреляционного анализа и гипотезы о связях между варьирующими признаками центров при МАДИ и НИУ ВШЭ (2018 г.), военных кафедр при вгузах Петербурга (2004 г.). Установлено, единая база комплектования ‒ условие для роста качества военной подготовки студентов, обучающихся по программам офицеров и сержантов запаса. Нормы и ценностные установки личности оказывают доминирующее влияние на их социальные связи. Осознанный выбор военной подготовки актуализирует качества личности: дисциплинированность, расширение кругозора, получение навыка руководителя, приобретение опыта работы с людьми, развитие состояния гражданской позиции ‒ патриотизма. Состояние сплочённости учебной группы является фактором воспитания личности исходя из ценностных ориентаций и ценностей, присущих офицерам и сержантам запаса. Выявлено влияние факторов статуса и дохода при принятии студентами решения о службе по контракту теми, кто не задумывался над вопросом о призыве в вооружённые силы. Продемонстрировано влияние деятельности профессорско-преподавательского состава на мировоззрение студентов: около трети студентов, обучающихся по программам офицеров запаса и около четверти ‒ сержантов запаса, формируют своё отношение к профессии военного в процессе военной подготовки (отношение улучшилось). У студентов МАДИ отмечается высокая готовность к защите Отечества, к призыву в армию, более высокий интерес к военной подготовке, но менее выражена уверенность в себе, способность защитить нормы поведения, что требует воспитательная работа, которая опирается на данные полученные при систематическом изучении их психологического состояния, сплочённости учебных групп.
During the formation of the higher military school of the Russian defense Ministry, the main task of military training centers is to increase the quality of military training of students. The solution requires switching from methodology as a teaching method to methodology as a teaching on the organization of activities, to the development and implementation of methods of complex training of officers, sergeants, rank and file with the use of complex tactical and special training tasks. In the period of formation of the growing influence of personality factor, which requires the transition from a student-centered to pedagogic approach. Using the psycho-diagnostics and correlation analysis investigated the effect of social interactions of students in the military training center in MADI programme officers and sergeants of the stock. The reliability and validity of the results were tested with the use of correlation analysis and the hypothesis of the relationship between the varying characteristics of the centers at MADI and HSE (2018), military departments at universities of St. Petersburg (2004). It is established, the uniform base of completing-a condition for growth of quality of military training of the students trained according to programs of officers and sergeants of a stock. Norms and values of the individual have a dominant influence on their social relations. Conscious choice of military training actualizes the quality of the individual: discipline, expanding horizons, getting the skill of the head, the acquisition of experience with people, the development of the state of citizenship ‒ patriotism. The state of cohesion of the training group is a factor in the education of the individual on the basis of value orientations and values inherent in reserve officers and sergeants. The influence of status and income factors in the decision of students to serve under the contract by those who did not think about the question of conscription into the armed forces. The influence of the activities of the teaching staff on the Outlook of students is demonstrated: about a third of students enrolled in the programs of reserve officers and about a quarter of reserve sergeants form their attitude to the military profession in the process of military training (the attitude has improved). MADI students have a high readiness to defend the Fatherland, to conscription, a higher interest in military training, but less expressed confidence in themselves, the ability to protect the norms of behavior, which requires educational work, which is based on the data obtained in the systematic study of their psychological state, cohesion of educational groups.
