Рассмотрены направления научной работы преподавателей. Генератором и исполнителем инновационных преобразований являются Лаборатория инженерно-педагогических исследований МАДИ и Центр инженерной педагогики.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In this article there are examples of innovation in MADI aimed at improving teachers' vocational competency, which actually means improving the quality of education. The directions of scientific work of teachers are considered.
