В условиях ограниченности ресурсов компания сможет быть конкурентоспособной, применяя принципы бережливого производства, как один из инструментов эффективной деятельности, для получения экономического эффекта не только в краткосрочной, но и в долгосрочной перспективе. Применение основных принципов бережливого производства позволяет компании, не затрачивая дополнительные ресурсы, увеличивать прибыль, снижать процент брака, увеличивать КПД каждого сотрудника. В статье представлен опыт включения принципов бережливого производства не только в производственную, но и в проектную деятельность.
In conditions of limited resources, the company will be able to compete by applying the principles of lean production as one of the tools of effective activity for obtaining an economic effect not only in the short term but also in the long term. The application of the basic principles of lean production allows the company reduce the amount of marriage, increase the efficiency of each employee without spending additional resources. The article presents the experience of including lean production approach not only in production, but also in project activities.
