В статье обоснованы определяющая роль и значение курса общевоенных дисциплин в системе военного обучения студентов, являющегося основным инструментом в формировании высоких профессионально – нравственных качеств военнослужащего, высоко востребованных не только в военной, но и во всех других сферах деятельности личности, общества и государства. Обобщены результаты проведенных исследований (экспериментов) и опыта прохождения военной службы офицеров запаса – выпускников военных кафедр в период их призыва на военную службу в 2000–2010 гг., подтвердившие неэффективность сложившейся в системе военного обучения студентов многолетней практики традиционного прохождения курса общевоенных дисциплин, актуализирующие проблему его всестороннего качественного совершенствования. Для решения данной проблемы разработан и предложен системный подход к повышению эффективности и качества военного обучения студентов, предусматривающий целостное и взаимосвязанное развитие и совершенствование основных составляющих такого обучения: правовой, содержательной, организационной, методической, научной, технико-технологической, контрольной, мотивационной, воспитательной, кадровой, экономической. Определены приоритеты в развитии и совершенствовании каждой составляющей, предложены инновационные формы комплексного обучения студентов военных кафедр – комплексные тактико-специальные учебные задачи (КТСУЗ) и комплексные групповые упражнения, обеспечивающие повышение эффективности и качества прохождения ими курса общевоенных дисциплин и формирования на данной основе соответствующих предъявляемым современным требованиям глубоких знаний, уверенных практических навыков и умений в исполнении всего спектра обязанностей по должностному предназначению в реальных условиях повседневной и боевой деятельности. В выводах указано, что предлагаемый подход определяет общую стратегию развития и совершенствования системы военного обучения студентов. Его реализация объективно будет способствовать решению поставленной проблемы, открывает широкие возможности для проведения научных исследований в данной области, в совокупности определяя одновременно и общую стратегию совершенствования качественных параметров функционирования всей данной системы в интересах обеспечения национальной безопасности Российской Федерации в условиях нарастания опасностей и угроз современного мира.
The article substantiates the defining role and importance of the course of General military disciplines in the system of military training of students, which is the main tool in the formation of their high professional and moral qualities of the soldier, highly demanded not only in the military, but also in all other spheres of activity of the individual, society and the state. The results of the conducted researches (experiments) and experience of military service of reserve officers – graduates of military departments during their conscription into military service in 2000–2010 are summarized. G., confirmed the ineffectiveness of the existing in the system of military training of students of long-term practice of traditional passing the course of military disciplines, actualizing the problem of its comprehensive qualitative improvement. To solve this problem developed and proposed a systematic approach to improving the efficiency and quality of military training of students, providing for holistic and interrelated development and improvement of the main components of such training: legal, substantive, organizational, methodological, scientific, technological, control, motivational, educational, personnel, economic. Priorities in development and improvement of each component are defined, innovative forms of complex training of students of military departments are offered – integrated tactical-special training tasks (CTAS) and complex group exercises that enhance the efficiency and quality of passing their course General-military training disciplines and formation on this basis the relevant requirements of the modern demands a deep knowledge, confidence and practical skills in the performance of the entire spectrum of responsibilities for official purpose in the real conditions of daily and combat activities. In conclusions it is specified that the offered approach defines the General strategy of development and improvement of system of military training of students. Its implementation will objectively contribute to the solution of the problem, opens wide opportunities for scientific research in this area, together defining at the same time and a common strategy to improve the quality parameters of the functioning of the entire system in the interests of national security of the Russian Federation in the face of growing dangers and threats to the modern world.
