Современный педагог технического вуза должен владеть актуальной информацией в своей профессиональной области, в том числе из зарубежных источников, и быть способным к активному международному сотрудничеству. Изучение иностранного языка в процессе подготовки, переподготовки и повышения квалификации научно-педагогических кадров в техническом вузе может быть эффективно осуществлено на основе интегративного подхода. При этом учитывается как профессиональный, так и межкультурный контекст.

The modern teacher of technical college shall possess up-to-date information in the professional area, including foreign sources and to be capable to active international cooperation. Learning of foreign language during preparation, retraining and advanced training of research and educational personnel in technical college can be effectively performed on the basis of integrative approach. At the same time both professional and cross-cultural context is considered.
