Изучение иностранного языка в процессе подготовки, переподготовки и повышения квалификации научно-педагогических кадров в техническом вузе может быть эффективно осуществлено на основе интегративного подхода. При этом учитывается как профессиональный, так и межкультурный контекст.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The modern teacher of technical college shall possess up-to-date information in the professional area, including foreign sources and to be capable to active international cooperation. Learning of foreign language during preparation, retraining and advanced training of research and educational personnel in technical college can be effectively performed on the basis of integrative approach.
