Показана определяющая роль создания объектов интеллектуальной собственности в современной инновационной экономике. В качестве методологической основы образовательной программы формирования готовности выбрана авторская концепция методологии интегративного метасистемного инновационного мышления и выделены основные ее принципы. Приведены цели, основные уровни сложности образовательной программы по формированию готовности к инновационной деятельности.

The actual rule of intellectual property creation in contemporary innovative economy is shown. Author’s conception of Mental Integrative Metasystemic Innovative Methodology is chosen as main methodological tool to format readiness and basic principles of it is underlined. The objects and main levels of educational program of stuff readiness to innovative activity are shown.
