Самостоятельная работа студентов является формой организации субъектно-ориентированной учебно-познавательной деятельности и относится к числу эффективных средств мотивации к ответственному личностно значимому обучению, профессиональному самоопределению и индивидуальному творческому развитию. Подчеркнута принципиальная значимость изучения дисциплины «физика» в процессе подготовки студентов к конкурентоспособной инженерной деятельности.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>It was found that the students' self-work directed on execution of the vocational-oriented tasks and projects as well as the preparation of reports and their presentation at student's scientific conferences is the integral component of pedagogical technology used for future engineers’ identity formation. Students’ self-work is a form of organization of subject-oriented educational-cognitive activity. It is considered as one of the effective methods for motivation to responsible and personally-meaningful learning, to professional self-determination and creative development of individuality.
