В историческом разрезе проводится анализ особенностей российского математического образования. Анализируются основные направления развития современного образования и возможности модернизации подготовки научно-педагогических кадров в технических вузах. Намечены основные методы развития высококвалифицированных специалистов.

In the article we analyze peculiarities of the Russian mathematical education. We discuss the main directions of development of the modern education and the possibility of upgrading high specialists in technical university. We have outlined the main methods of training of highly qualified specialists.
