Рассмотрено влияние волновых процессов в выпускной системе на процесс очистки цилиндра от отработанных газов (ОГ). По эмпирическим зависимостям рассчитан и спроектирован модифицированный выпускной коллектор (4-2-1), в котором волновые процессы оказывают положительный эффект на коэффициент остаточных газов в цилиндре. По результатам проведённых исследований получено изменение давления после выпускного клапана, которое снизилось на 6,7%. Представлены результаты расчёта коэффициента наполнения (ηv) по внешней скоростной характеристике (от 1000 мин-1 до 4000 мин-1), который увеличился от 2,5 до 4%. Доказано, что увеличение мощности двигателя возможно за счёт изменения формы выпускного коллектора. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This article presents the results of a VAZ-21126 engine exhaust system calculation using the FlowVision software. The influence of wave processes in the exhaust system on cylinder exhaust gas purification is examined. A modified exhaust manifold (4-2-1) was calculated and designed using empirical relationships. Wave processes have a positive effect on the residual gas coefficient in the cylinder. The study resulted in a 6.7% reduction in pressure after the exhaust valve. The results of the calculation of the filling coefficient (ηv) based on the external speed characteristic (from 1000 min-1 to 4000 min-1) are presented; it increased from 2.5 to 4%. Thus, engine power can be increased solely by changing the shape of the exhaust manifold.
